Production Capability

Cold heading
The process of gradually making a wire into a specified shape at high speed without heating, using a series of dies, and punches. Suitable to produce simple products with varied drives and head types, like pan head, flat head, socket head, bugle head, and truss head…etc. while maintaining higher precision and concentricity.
Multi-station forming
When parts become more complex, sophisticated and challenging to manufacture, multi-station formers are particularly versatile in creating complicated parts, and possess the advantage of fully completing parts in one manufacturing process at a reasonable cost.Customized design is available upon request.
Knurling formation
Knurling is a cold-forming process used to create textured patterns (usually diamond or straight-line) on a workpiece’s surface for improved grip and handling. It is performed using hardened knurling dies that press into the rotating workpiece, displacing material rather than cutting it away
